About ALARP

ALARP Solutions was founded in December 2011 by Bradley Robb as an independent management consultancy specialising in risk and safety services. The company focuses on providing niche system safety engineering and system safety program management services, particularly for Defence acquisition projects.

Brad recognised a significant gap in the Defence sector for specialised risk and safety consultancy services. He believed that by offering this expertise, he could not only meet this need but also elevate the standard of service provided to clients. His goal was to deliver exceptional service while fostering a collaborative environment with like-minded professionals.

Our Vision

To redefine excellence in management consultancy through innovative solutions in System Safety, Governance, Risk, Assurance, and Measurement.

Brad’s vision extended beyond just business objectives. He aspired to create a workplace that was both collaborative and enjoyable. He wanted team members to be treated as equals, ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to contribute, learn, and grow. He emphasised the importance of a supportive work culture where colleagues could enjoy each other’s company, both professionally and socially. This approach aimed to build a strong, cohesive team that thrived on mutual respect and shared goals.

In 2024, ALARP Solutions underwent a significant restructure, which has led to substantial growth in the business. This restructure has enabled the company to expand its services and reach, further solidifying its position as a leader in the risk and safety consultancy sector.
